Who is this course intended for?

This course is designed for non-licensed allied health professionals such as Telemetry Monitor Technicians, EKG Technicians, and Treadmill Technicians. It serves as on-the-job or supplemental training to help you confidently understand and interpret ECG rhythms. This course is also intended for nurses who wants to get basic knowledge of EKG

Does this course provide CE hours?

No, this course does not provide continuing education (CE) hours recognized by national or state regulatory bodies. It is strictly for educational and job-readiness purposes.

What topics are covered in the course?

The course includes cardiac anatomy and physiology, pacemaker function, common arrhythmias, systematic rhythm interpretation, heart blocks, and the basics of 12-lead ECG interpretation.

Is any prior medical experience required?

No. The course is beginner-friendly and structured to support learners without a formal medical license or ECG background.

How long will I have access to the course?

Who is this course designed for?

This course is intended for licensed healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), and other advanced practice providers seeking a deeper understanding of cardiac arrhythmias and ECG interpretation.

Do I need to complete a Basic Arrhythmia course before taking this one?

Yes, we strongly recommend completing a Basic Arrhythmia Recognition course or having equivalent foundational ECG knowledge before enrolling in the Advanced Arrhythmia course.

How many continuing education (CE) hours will I earn?

You will earn 30 CE hours, approved by various state nursing boards, upon successful completion of the course and passing the required assessments.

What does the assessment include?

After completing the course material, you must pass

. A multiple-choice exam

. A rhythm strip interpretation test

A minimum passing score is required to receive your certificate and CE credit.

Is this course self-paced?

Yes, the course is fully self-paced. You can study on your own schedule using any device – desktop, tablet, or mobile.

How long will I have access to the course?

You will have access to the course materials for a designated period (typically 6–12 months), depending on the package you choose.
